| New Japan Radio has been enhancing the LED Driver line-up for LED back-light, voltage booster type and constant current driver type. The voltage booster type drivers have wide operating voltage range, from 6V to 35V, soft-start function and internal UVLO. And both types of driver have PWM light−regulation function, over-current protection circuit and thermal shut-down circuit. And they can drive eight LEDs in series per one output, due to high LED driving terminal voltage (40V max.). |
