FUNCTION 2ch Low Dropout Voltage Regulator with Reset
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJM2810 is a 2ch low dropout voltage regulator with high precision voltage detection circuit and reset function. It provides two-channel output current of up to 150mA and 100mA. It also provides a voltage monitor function through in VDET terminal with 1% accuracy. The NJM2810 can use a ceramic capacitor of 1μF as an output capacitor and is available in a small and thin 8-lead MSOP (TVSP) package. Therefore it offers downsizing in various applications.FEATURES
