FAQ-OPAM-0015
- Q:
- When I configure an audio circuit using an op. amp, what has to be taken into consideration for Sound-quality optiming inoruer to indiuisual prefereuce?
- A:
- There are roughly two things you need to pay attention to. The first is devices that control frequency characteristics and phase characteristics, such as effectors. Characteristics value needs to be controlled effectively.
The second is the sound habit of circuits that do not appear in characteristics value. Sometimes operating conditions such as the amount of phase margin and operating voltage can be influential. - Other than that, all op. amps have own their sound quality and to change this, the only solution is to use a different op. amp. Moreover, resistors and capacitors also have their own sound characteristics, so you have to find a balance between their combinations for the preferred sound.
